a. How much is shipping?
We ship anywhere in the Philippines for:
- Metro Manila (NCR): P150.00
- Provincial: P230.00
For orders over P999, nationwide shipping is FREE.
b. When will I get my order?
Please refer to our Customer Guidelines for further information on shipping times
c. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the courier's website.
By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once in transit.
d. Can I change my shipping address?
Once your package has been picked up, you can’t make changes to your delivery address.
But in case your location is hard to find, we'd appreciate you providing us with more details (ex. nearby establishments, landmarks, color of the gate, etc.).

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
c. Cash On Delivery
No credit card, no problem. Pay once your order is delivered with Cash on Delivery.
COD Fee - P150 (Courier's Handling Fee)
Pre-order items are NOT eligible for cash on delivery.
