If the item you would like to order is marked PRE-ORDER, please read the following:
- If an item is marked PRE-ORDER, this means that the item is NOT AVAILABLE in our warehouse. We are waiting for it to arrive from the supplier.
- LEAD TIME: 7 business days, and some items you need to wait for 10 to 14 business days.
- PAYMENT: We must receive 50% down payment or FULL payment for us to process your order. If you fail to do so, your order will be automatically cancelled. Once your items are on-hand, full payment must be made before we can dispatch your items to you.
- CANCELLATION IS NOT ALLOWED ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY.
- WE DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGING NOR RETURNING OF ITEMS JUST BECAUSE IT WILL NOT PERFECTLY FIT YOU. Measurements / Dimensions are posted for your reference. Please refer to the measurements before adding an item to your cart.
- If you place an order that consist In Stock and Pre-order items, we will split the order immediately and ship out the In Stock items. (FREE OF CHARGE)
- All release date (EDA – Estimated Date of Arrival) is subject to change by the supplier. The shipping date listed on our website is based on the latest information that we receive directly from the supplier.
- OUT OF STOCK: If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail. (Replacement or Refund)
- For orders placed for International Destinations we will hold the entire order until all the items are in stock. These orders cannot be split.
NOTE: When paying by PayPal, the money is automatically deducted from your account. So in essence, if you place a Pre-Order using PayPal you will be charged the moment you place the order, not when the item comes in and gets ready to ship.
