HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We ship anywhere in the Philippines for P200 (FREE delivery on orders over P2,995).
J&T Express or LBC Express
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Dispatch Day is when we hand your package to the courier.
IN STOCK ITEM:
Delivery may take 2 to 4 business days after dispatch day.
Processing may take 10 to 14 business days.
Delivery may take 1 to 2 business days after dispatch day.
Please note that any delay on the courier's side is beyond our control.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed / dispatched. You may track your order the next business day after we hand it to them.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once your package has been picked up, you can’t make changes to your delivery address. But in case your location is hard to find, we'd appreciate you providing us with more details (ex. nearby establishments, landmarks, color of the gate, etc.).
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! International orders can be processed online. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
We try our best to meet and exceed customers expectations however when products are placed within the hands of courier service we have no control of the courier practices.
