WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
Please make sure contact our support team within 7 days after you received the clothes if there are quality problems.
At Carry Me PH, we only accept returns for the following reasons:
a) Incorrect Items
b) Defective Items
To guard business against abuse, the law qualifies that only defective goods can be returned or exchanged, and consumer cannot return the product and demand for a refund if they only had a change of mind or the wrong color or size of a product was bought.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please take note that the following items are NOT allowed for returns for exchanges, store credits or refund:
a) Accessories
b) Swimwear
c) Shoes
All items sold during the sale, either online or a physical sale, are considered final and return of items for exchange, store credits and refunds will not be accepted.
