All items on CARRY ME PH are non-in stocks, they are pre-order unless stated.
WHAT'S PRE-ORDER? Pre-order basis indicates the items are non-in stocks, we do not carry ready stock on hand unless otherwise stated in our website.
LEAD TIME: 7 business days, and some items you need to wait for 8 to 12 days.
PAYMENT: We must receive 50% down payment or FULL payment for us to process your order. If you fail to do so, your order will be automatically cancelled. Once your items are on-hand, full payment must be made before we can dispatch your items to you.
CAN I CONFIRM STOCK STATUS WITH YOU BEFORE PAYMENT?
Yes, you can contact us at email@example.com or Viber +63 998 8556107 before payment, we’ll check and inform you which items are out of stock.
But as you know, the stock is changing every hour, so we can’t promise that the items will be still in stock when we process your order.
WHEN'S THE CLOSING DATE? All the orders will be processed after payment is received.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED ARRIVAL OF SHIPMENT FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS? Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is normally around 7-10 days to arrive at our warehouse after the order is confirmed. ETA is subjected to custom clearance, logistics handling and also some unforeseen delays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRE-ORDER ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK? Sometimes items may out of stock during the order process. For such cases, you can opt for replacing or cash refund(s).
NOTE: When paying by PayPal, the money is automatically deducted from your account. So in essence, if you place a Pre-Order using PayPal you will be charged the moment you place the order, not when the item comes in and gets ready to ship.
